Rookie of the Year
Congratulations to Karen Smoltz for earning
the “Rookie of the Year” award from Keller
Williams Realty North Fulton office for
2008. This prestigious award recognizes the
highest Gross Commission Income (GCI) earned
for the first twelve months an agent is in
business. Karen outpaced the competition by
earning almost double the GCI than the next
closest agent in the running. “It has been
exciting to watch the growth of Karen’s
business and the development of a
professional leader in our company” said

In addition to the sales success,
Smoltz has been appointed to the Agent
Leadership Council (ALC) a highly respected
agent leadership position for the office.
